Led workshops, team building exercises, and community outreach initiatives which doubled the size of the group within six months. Led and organized the immigration team, and assisted in the implementation of numerous sub-organizations and initiatives within San Diego County. Facilitated meetings with county leaders and presented plans for future endeavors.

Assisted in co-authoring a report under Dr. Mounah Abdel-Samad and Naader Ho for the Social and Economic Vulnerabilities Initiative. Transcribed and analyzed data using SPSS software. Presented findings and policy recommendations to a board of investors and public officials, and submitted them to the California state legislature.

Worked with children in a multicultural, educational environment teaching German.

Collaborated under the executive vice president on an interfaith and multicultural initiative with a focus on refugee outreach and integration via fine art projects.
