Handling different Technical Channels on Slack.- I was responsible for giving training to our new joiners in the team.-Creating a Mapping Sheet that includes all the channels we are working on and all the internal channels with different support to simplify the process for my teammates as it s all about alignments and supporting my team and making the handling simple to save time and help the requesters more - My team is handling Product Market Fit configurations on Gearbox (Configuring everything from creating new CCTs, DCTs, places Careem will operate in, etc.........)- A Duty on behalf of my Team Leader. we were monitoring each other tickets to grant the best accuracy. - I am handling technical and configuration tickets on the Jira queue and also handling tickets raised Supply team, requesters, and agents globally.

Role:- Assist agents with any inquiries and make sure to keep them updated via emails, and huddle sessions, also providing them with the required knowledge Keeping the training team updated as our team was the source of information on the floor - Our team was contacting the supply team directly we were the only team that has a lot of alignments with different teams - Creating mapping sheets and sharing them with all the agents and different teams to make them updated-Only team that provides information and process of how agents should handle the captains within the Call to grant the best service for our beloved captains as we were the source of information and processes for all the Global Captain Connect Queue
