As a research assistant in the Molecular Genetics and Genome Mapping Lab, my role encompassed a diverse range of responsibilities. This included conducting wet lab experiments such as DNAextraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and cloning with a focus on accuracy and reliability. Additionally, I performed dry lab experiments using bioinformatics tools and statistical analyses to gain meaningful insights from complex datasets. Presenting research findings was a crucial part of my role, as I delivered engaging presentations to various audiences, effectively communicating the significance of our work. I also ensured regular reporting by submitting daily end results and progress reports to the lab authorities and compiling and organizing data to facilitate decision-making and team communication. Overall, my experience in the lab involved a comprehensive approach to research, combining wet lab and dry lab experiments, impactful presentations, and diligent reporting, all contributing to the advancement of scientific knowledge in the field of molecular genetics and genome analysis.

In this position, I was responsible for leading the development and research projects by developingtalent within the organization, implementing best practices in Innovation, Portfolio Management,and Product Support as well as promoting the corporate vision and ensuring alignment within theorganization. That was to safeguard and support keeping Heal pharma competitive by providing insights into the market and developing new services/products or improving existing ones.

Over a year as a TA, I was responsible for teaching and evaluating more than 400 undergraduatestudents, training them practically the required skills to deal with different lab devices and the requiredtechniques for the lab practical work, under lab Safety regulations, according to the curriculum of thevarious courses; and assisting in the development of curriculums and educational projects.
