𝙀𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:- Represent Al-Araby Group in liaison with clients.- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers- Support an Agile Software Development process, working in conjunction with end users/stakeholders and technical delivery team- Participate in the planning process for new features and projects.- Drive the development and evaluation of usability studies to edit the designs- Lead feedback sessions, customer reviews, and usability events to gather data on design effectiveness- Understand users' needs and produce deliverables that meet those needs.- Ensure that deliverables are consistent with Al-Araby and/or client policies, strategies, and constraints.- Review the work of UX designers, UI designers, and developers- Image retouching and image manipulation, logo conception, and basic icon illustration- Lead user testing and stakeholder reviews to validate the efficacy of these Designs.- Lead feedback sessions, customer reviews, and usability events to gather data on design effectiveness.- Take responsibility for team leadership as required.

𝙀𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:- Represent Clicks Egypt in liaison with clients.- Participate in the planning process for new features and projects.- Develop and contribute to Site maps, wireframes, personas, mockups, and interactive prototypes.- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and other partners to craft intuitive, cohesive, and delightful experiences from product conception to launch.- Lead feedback sessions, customer reviews, and usability events to gather data on design effectiveness.- Mentors less experienced team members in both technical and non-technical aspects of the job

𝙀𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:- Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, including scenario creation.- Rapidly convert the output from brainstorming and ideation sessions into workable wireframes, concept designs, and prototypes.- Develop applications and modules with HTML, CSS, JavaScript .. etc.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.- Analysis, design, and implementation of user interface using JavaScript framework.- Build storytelling videos, decks, websites, and newsletters for the internal team and customers.- Collaborating with colleagues outside the team to ensure t the design solution is the most appropriate and properly translated into code
