Responsibilities • managing school student’s capacity• student’s registration-preparing student’s interviews-student’s files • deal with parents inquires- preparing all kinds of students lists – adjust students results. • Responded promptly and answered/resolved parent’s inquiries and complaints. • Managed students’ database accounts, performed students’ verification and processed applications, and requests. • Worked with administration: forwarded requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource by communicating and coordinating with internal departments• Receives and provides detailed information and explanations to students. Participates in the organization of admissions and registration. Prepares, examines and verifies admissions and registration session files. Ensures follow-up. Completes and approves forms concerning course or program changes, interdepartmental or inter-university registration, and residency and internship programs• Obtains and compiles grades. Completes and verifies lists of examination results. Selects and adapts the calculation formula according to the grading system given by the professor• Assisting in the clerical arrangements for trips/school events. • Responsibility for pursuing pupil absence with parents including recording/ monitoring of absence and production of reports• Responsibility for pupil admissions – recording data/liaison other schools/class lists/timetables/management information and statistics returns.
