- Responsible for the international project development of Gas Turbine Inlet Air Chilling, Combined Heat and Power, Data Centers and other Energy Plants.That includes system design and optimization, risk analysis, cost estimate, contract negotiation, and project handover to the execution team.- Contact and liaison with clients, consultants, suppliers and until contract signing. - Responsible for the International Clients' Acquisition and Retention. - I conduct marketing research to identify opportunities, segments, targets and positioning strategy for Stellar in each market. Then utilize the appropriate marketing mix for it.

- Prequalify new products with clients (GT, ST, etc..)- Responsible for the proposals, marketing and sales activities, including; preparing the proposal, control marketing and sales budgets, client relationships, collection of information related to new projects, clients, partners, etc. - Conduct research, analysis, planning, presentation, negotiation, contacting and reporting, to expand our company’s Power and Water advanced products and projects (mainly gas turbines, steam turbines and boiler plants) to the customer for any project in the Middle East and African market, and any kind of business activities directed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Power Systems Japan.- Execute technical tasks; qualifying new prospects and conduct risk and strategic analysis, asses financial viability of new projects and conduct lifecycle and profit generation profile analysis, Strategic Audit of new markets, products and services and produce inclusive report to the management in Japan, any other activity that management will decide part of the sales and marketing activities.

1- Supervise the work of one Mechanical Engineer, one Electrical Engineer, two CAD designers and one admin assistant.2- Conduct the Strategy Audit, SWOT analysis, competition landscaping and the 100 days plan when Stellar was acquired by new shareholders in 2010.3- Responsible for the technology development of stellar; my everyday work included analyzing the markets, products, competition and our resources & Capabilities, and how stellar can win. 4- Develop business models for Gas Turbine Inlet Air Chilling Systems, which included the calculation of ROI, NPV, payback period, etc..5- Design energy systems, this included Gas Turbine Inlet Air Chilling Systems and Central cooling modular and conventional chiller plants.

1- Supervised the work of one application engineer.2- Created a plan to manufacture the commercial air handling units locally. I worked with the factory on the design, I designed the marketing strategy and I developed the selection & Pricing software using MATLAB programming tool.3- Grew the newly developed Air Handling Units’ market share from 2% to 18% in the first year, reached 24% in the second year. 4- Did the concept design and of central cooling and heating systems and make the computer selection of the major equipment manufactured by Carrier.5- Calculated the heat load using advanced software such as HAP and Trace Load.
