As a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of New Brunswick (UNB), I conducted research and development on a groundbreaking project focused on 3D model-integrated change detection using multi-view satellite images. As a Multibeam Data Processor, I was responsible for developing operational specifications for underwater surveys, ensuring the efficient processing and analysis of geospatial and geophysical data. Additionally, in my capacity as Party Chief, I supervised and provided guidance to junior and senior geospatial engineers and geophysicists on board, ensuring adherence to strict QA/QC standards throughout the survey operations. As an R&D Manager, I led research and development initiatives, fostering innovation and implementing advanced technologies to improve survey methodologies and data processing workflows. Through these roles, I played a critical part in optimizing survey operations, maintaining high data quality standards, and driving the advancement of underwater survey techniques.

At Miaad Andishe Saz (MAS), I served as an R&D Engineer, where I spearheaded computer vision and computational geometry research. My primary focus was on developing innovative solutions for an integrated visual navigation system and 2D/3D LiDAR SLAM. Through this role, I explored advanced techniques and algorithms to enhance the capabilities of the navigation system, enabling precise and reliable localization and mapping in various environments. I conducted extensive research, implemented algorithms, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to validate and optimize the developed solutions. This experience allowed me to deepen my expertise in computer vision, computational geometry, and robotics, while also sharpening my skills in research, development, and collaboration within a dynamic engineering environment.
