Worked previously as the Director of World Peace Schools, a group of schools part of the prestigious MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Pune. As the leader of organisations, I am responsible for academic excellence, day to day governance, school improvement plan, teachers capacity building, instructional leadership and training, developing data driven culture within the organization. In my previous jobs, my responsibility was Education Management in all the schools that belong to Pearson family in Kolkata. It include curriculum implementation, end to end quality improvement of the academics, assessments regulation, ICT integration, etc.More than 27 years of working experience with 10+ years as a leader in education. My strong focus is on School Development by enhancing the quality of academic and related matters. I believe in character development of the students through academics and value added teachings.
