I create content to support the efforts of the Ford product communications team. Since May 2013, I've been the editorial director for Ford Mustang storytelling. I led the creation of a huge array of heritage content covering the first 50 years of Mustang and the press kit for the all-new sixth-generation Mustang that debuts in 2014.

Since 2008 I have been one of three green car experts that evaluate the cars eligible for the World Green Car of the Year award. Along with European and Asian colleagues we examine candidates and determine the short list that gets submitted to the full jury of automotive journalists from around the world.

As an account supervisor at Weber Shandwick's Detroit office, I'm supporting the General Motors News Bureau and advanced technology communications. As part of the News Bureau team I research and write stories about GM technology that are published on the corporate media site. I cover areas including powertrain, fuel economy, design, infotainment, quality.

I wrote a number of articles for Popular Mechanics about cars and automotive technology including an in-depth piece on the Porsche 911 GT3R Hybrid racer, the Ford Racing Supercharger kit for the Mustang 5.0-liter V8 and alternative internal combustion engine architectures.
