I got selected in Wipro Technologies in on-campus placement.I started my career as a System Administrator and I am having overall 2 years of experience. I worked in Dell Technologies Project and I am Technical Support Engineer providing L1 support. Primary skills - Linux, Sql, Vmware, Vsphere, Azure.I am working as a Technical support Engineer providing troubleshooting to the customers related to Dell Products Connectivity issue. We troubleshoot the issue in CLI SSH using Linux and Sql commands. Once login we need to work on service request pending in bins and respond on emails. We need to give support in timely manner with customer satisfaction.Seeking a challenging position as a System Administrator where I can administer my skillsand experience to contribute to the success of a project and develop my professional skills.
