Achievements: Establishment of international business footprint for Alraza Engineering in Middle East and Fiji. Increasing the company’s bottom line by 20%. Established new business leads of BioID Technologies in Pakistan through collaborations with public sector organizations like NADRA and INGOs such as UNHCR.  Introduced new and innovative approaches to improving the visibility and outreach of UNHCR through the development of a communication and public information strategy.  Improved UNHCRs s social media presence through photos, videos and human interest stories.  Successfully implemented iris recognition biometric system in Peshawar for UNHCR. The project is still operational after 16 years with a database of more than 4 million registrations.  Successful implementation of iris database system for the demobilization, disarmament and reintegration of ex-combatants in Ituri Province, DR Congo Successful completion of Afghan Civil and Voter Registration pilot project in 3 provinces of Afghanistan.  Successful planning and preparation exercise for the for the modernization of Torkham border for International Organization of Migration under the “Dubai Process”.  Successfully restructured the Migration Management Cell at the Ministry of Interior, Govt of Pakistan for IOM.
