At K-Electric:• Provide Level 2&3 support on Managing Network infra-structure.• Ensure smooth call routing between Remote sites.• Manage IVR integrated Fiber and Radio PRIs, manage Genesys Contact Center Solution, Hi-path 4000 PABX, Asterisk PBX and reporting servers.• Integration of Genesys and Hipath-4000 with Multiple Asterisk servers.• Provide technical support and software/hardware trouble shooting.• Maintain a portal deployed on UBUNTU.• Give Basic training of Asterisk PBX System.• Maintain and troubleshoot overall Network and Voice connectivity• Manage and maintain reports of IT Support Staff.• Analyze and resolve VoIP connectivity between DR and other centers• Manage contact centre applications i.e Genesys, Open Scape Contact Center Enterprise(OSCC) and Vicidial.• Coordination with the vendors for project execution• Rectification of ISDN PRI and SIP issues.• Manage connectivity of LAN/Voice cabling.• Manage and Monitoring of switches and identification of error condition• Installation, commissioning and maintenance of computer operating systems of Servers and of PABX systems including VoIP.• Installation of Applications• Maintenance of installed equipment• Coordination with engineers present at DR site for smooth call routing and data operations.
