Oversaw key organisational changes which helped set up the WCC for the next 24-48 months. Incorporated new roles to help accommodate divisions, and drove volunteering as the integral cog in sustainability. Drove financial accountability and increased the level of transparency from a high level looking into the tournament. Integrated key partnerships and was responsible in creating new sponsorship alliances with business such as Triforce Sports Australia & Adiz Photography. Led the integration in an unprecedented step from WCC to the Mosaic Cricket Association & CNSW which incorporated new relationships and increased stakeholders.

Part of a cross functional team that represents every business unit at Sensis. Working closely with over 300+ stakeholders both internal and external to help design, build, test and iterate our new CRM tool (Salesforce). My role comprised of improving efficiencies, reducing turnaround times and our operating costs whilst positively impacting the customer experience. Once the CRM was built our focus then shifted to the 600+ Sales and Customer Care staff whom we trained on the new operating system successfully over a 2 month period. My knowledge and background in sales played an integral part on the design and delivery of the training methods used nationally.
