I have work in OSD Formulation ( Capsule, tablet , compression , Coating, Granulation, wruster coating, packing cvc, blister)In process, AQL , audit trial , handling of Ebmr , Ebpr , Elogbook , Line clearance, software handling eDMS , LIMS, NICHELON, Minitab, APQR.1. Responsible for execution for shop floor QA activities2. Ensure that all the requirements of APQR are fulfilled, identifiedrecommendations of APQR shall be implement through QMS tool andtracking will be done through CAPA,3. Responsible to perform & review of calibration/verification as perschedule.4. Ensure the collection and submission of QC, stability, control and otherssamples.5. Responsible to initiation and evaluation of work order/ work permit.6. To participate for review and approved for IT related activities as andwhen required software’s application.7. Responsible to perform & ensure the area and equipment line clearance,In-process checks of all operation regarding the manufacturing and packing.8. Ensure that pharmaceutical products are manufactured, control andrelease of pharmaceutical products as per cGMPS norms.9. Responsible to perform audit trail and operation of software like e-DMS,e-LIMS, e-TMS, e-logbook, e-LIMS and track wise, Q-sutra etc.10. responsible to handle Quality related issues at shop floor level.
