As Sr. Laser Process development Engineer for Laser based services, ? Understanding requirements of customer check feasibility of parts received for Laser welding, hardening and Cladding ? Create all PPAP documents for all fresh projects as per customer requirement. ? Handover project to customer with all PPAP documents ? Design and develop fixtures and tools needed for all projects ? Production of pilot batch and testing of all samples to meet all customer requirements ? Supervising engineering and technical staff also obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings ? As System-Maintenance Engineer, Robot Programmer ? Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance ? Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and repairing equipment ? Creating maintenance procedures and work instructions ? Managing stocks of supplies (Consumables) and equipment. ? ISO 9001:2015 complete documentation maintain and implement ? Documenting current production procedures and create Company standards to improve the efficiency of the Production Department ? Provide engineering support for production, R&D and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production ? Develop and implement production processes for new products, product enhancements and product changes. Install related fixtures and tooling, as required ? ABB Robot Program autonomous or remotely controlled robots to carry out tasks more efficiently or more safely than a human ? Integrate robotics with peripherals, controllers or other equipment, Design electromechanical systems ? Hands on experience in programming robotic arm i.e. ABB IRB 2400 and IRB 4600 ? Create training materials as well as conduct training of support personnel as required ? Design, prototype and manage build and timeline new robotic weld fixture. ? Create back-ups of robot programs or parameters
