-Develops the project procurement strategy, execution plan and monitors activities for adherence.-Present overall supply chain status to upper management within global organization, includes status of engineering release,RFQ coordination and negotiation,Purchase order status and deliveries.-Manages assigned catagories to optimize the supply base and deliver financial benefit to the business, supported by category plans and strategic sourcing initiatives.-Prepare and lead of price negotiation with supplier.-Executes strategic sourcing processes for assigned categories for market intelligence, business case and development of scope to commercial negotiation, supplier selection and contract execution.-Conduct ongoing Market analysis and leverages supply chain knowledge to understand and articulate market trends and spend analysis.-Execute sourcing initiatives that are aligned to business objectives and deliver value.-Conduct economic analysis,cost modelling,TCO analysis in support of assigned strategic sourcing events and bid evaluation.-Develops credible business case for sourcing initiatives,supported by market data, commercial objectivity and relevant business and technical factors.-Interfaces with Global supply chain to ensure engagement, collaboration and cross project leveraging to the maximum extent.-Provides timely efficient and effective reporting of project procurement status to project management.-Coordinate with project management, sales, Business development,Legal and finance controller during project execution.

* Responsible for sourcing of steel,stamping parts and casting parts *-Price negotiation and Annual contract preparation for steel grades supply with Local and overseas steel mills-Select and develop local steel Mill source to supply high strength low alloy grades with right quality and prices for local as well as global markets.-Strategic Sourcing and Business plan preparation, monitoring for Stamping and Assembly parts material group on global level for Skin Panels, inner body and underbody.-Tool maker selection, cost finalization and development monitor of overseas Tool manufacturer.-Track raw material price changes and timely settlement with supplier.-Carry out RFQs, collect, analyze and negotiate offers observing timing, quality and service-related objectives, prepare for presentation in ISC, Pre-meeting and CSC.-Reach annual price reduction targets set by Group Board.-Check suppliers permanently for competitiveness nationally as well as internationally.-Clarify product- and process-related issues with other business units, in particular R&D, QA, Logistics and Finance.-Supplier Capacity Evaluation & Enhancement Planning.
