• Led a team of five to develop, design and manufacture the aerodynamics package for the 2015 Formula Student entry, UH18.• Surface, component, and assembly design for the CFD model, wind tunnel model and full-scale car were conducted using CATIA V5. CFD simulation was done using Star CCM+.• Wind tunnel testing was done using a quarter scale model of the car. Wool tufts and smoke flow were used to monitor flow attachment.• Track testing was used to gauge the performance value of the aero package through ABA tests. Flow attachment was monitored using wool tufts and was correlated to CFD and tunnel models.• Member of team management group along with 6 other MEng students.
