Samad is further experienced in tax litigation (eg, in objection and appeal procedures but also in exchange of information disputes).Samad has solid legal and tax experience with a global law firm and big 4 firms. He has experience in business (cross border logistics) and in the academic world as an adjunct professor in International Taxation. His specialization is tax and general corporate law.
