Given that any successful endeavour requires collaboration, I am deeply interested in understanding what drives and influences people to make the decisions they do. From the numerous biases that affect our thoughts and action, to how we choose to reflect on our experiences, there is a great deal to learn about human behaviour. At minimum, this exercise allows me to appreciate the complexity involved in rational decision-making. At best, it helps me to influence people to achieve our collective goals. My passion is to continue learning; not only to benefit my personal and professional life, but also that of others around me. I aim to pursue knowledge in order to better understand this wonderfully intricate world we live in.
