Working in Group Credit ManagementThe project is focused around risk mitigation regarding a portfolio of high risk customers primarily belonging the the Personal Banking business unit.- Co-developed the remediation model for case handling.- Designed the workflow, and the business intelligence structure.- Leading the implementation of operational improvements/operational excellence.- Regular presentation and reports on business intelligence to stakeholders and managers.- Implemented automations in Excel and CICS(TPS) to increase production efficiency.- Developed a decision supporting system and integrated automatic data collection with a combination of Power Query and VBA to ensure up to date insights for senior management.

Worked in Group Financial Crime Prevention.The project was a remediation project on a scope of personal - and business banking customers regarding KYC, AML, SAR, and Complex cases.- Communicated with and advised relevant stakeholders in over 90% of PEP cases.- Selected to be on the team of 3 FTEs focusing on politically exposed persons and their associates. That required enhanced due diligence.- Completed over 25 event based cases, complex cases, and SAR cases with a team of specialists effectively catching mules and money launderers.Project ended successfully and on time July/21.
