Chief Secretary to the Director: Roles and responsibilities: 1. Planning offsite meetings, calendar of events and appointments of the director.2. Ensuring a strict discretion in handling confidential information that gets out of director’s desk and ensuring strong attention to details by all the staff for the assignments given by the director.3. Functioning as a desktop informer by ensuring a well-organized and well-maintained access to the client details, project correspondence and other assignments. 4. Scheduling the client’s appointment to various manufacturing units during their business visit.5. Preparation of the business agenda at multiple sites with a ready-keynote on the issues to be discussed and generation of the visit report.6. Arranging for regular travel reservations, flight-bookings for national and international meetings 7. Undertaking care and custody of all company related legal & confidential documents, proofs and certificates etc.8. High speed ‘Dictation taking’ in English-shorthand, composing formal letters 9. Supervise and train the assigned staff10.
