Main Roles and responsibilities: - Lead a team of Architects and Senior Architects in order to provide a technical service to Qatar Foundation portfolio, in all areas of architecture, during Design and Construction Stages. - Ensure all designs are in compliance with the contractually applicable codes and standards, national and corporate quality requirements and procedures, and End-Users requirements. - Liaise with other discipline engineers, end-users and project teams to develop cost effective and fit for purpose design solution and/or scope of work, to fit end-user requirements. - Contribute toward updating discipline engineering codes, standards, specifications and philosophies.  - Contribute in the development of Education City Master Plan and ensure applying master planning requirements and guidelines on each individual project. - Prepare feasibility and opportunity reports, and contribute in translating QF/End-Users requirement into projects.  - Manage new projects initiation, creating scope of services, project brief, and projects architectural requirements that should be a part of tender documents. - Prepare pre-concept and concept design.  - Monitor progress and quality of design services of the Consultant ensure that design objectives are met.  - Plan and manage development of young architects and fresh graduates. - Manage resources to ensure all team members are led towards their personal and corporate development and to meat targeted objectives.

Main Roles and responsibilities: Project Management ranging from Client Brief to the final tendering process. Managing all administrative, contractual, technical and budgetary matters throughout project life span. Supervise and control assigned Company and Consultants Personnel engaged in the project.  Plan and coordinate engineering studies and design works including preparation of budgets, control and timely commitment of the same to ensure that the project can be handed over to construction team on time and within budget.  Manage consultants and sub-consultants and their performance and quality of work. Supervise Detailed Design and Tender Documents preparation, review and comment on bids and provide recommendation. Monitor progress and quality of project works and interface with all stakeholders to ensure that project’s objectives are met.  Participate in the conceptual design work, discuss detailed requirements with End Rser Engineers and\or design consultant, set criteria and evaluate, discuss and draft recommendation. Provide technical inputs and review report outputs overall project implementation plan. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and progress them with the supervisor with comments on any changes, variations and delays in the completion target. Liaise with governmental authorities and end user to insure that the projects deliverables comply with related regulations and standards and meet end user’s objectives, and to obtain building permits. Insure that project meets required sustainability criteria.
