--Review invitation to tender documentation and generate tender/quotation compliance checklists.- Participate in tender kick off meetings- Establish and agree plans for RFQ response and effectively manage implementation -compile technical specifications of deliverables and associated drawings.-Collate information required to complete costing sheets- Liaise with procurement dept. on the requests for subcontract quotations- Prepare base cost estimates for project for agreement .

Staff Supervision: • Assist in the induction of new team members and staff selection.• Assign individual targets to the team members and evaluate their Performance.• Distributes work among the members of the team based on their talent and abilities.• Motivate, train and supervise team members• Engage in training for talent program engineers and give total appraisal for their performance through their training period in the project.Works Organization:• Follow up with the subcontractors to ensure that materials delivery dates meet the project schedule.• Issue work orders to suppliers and sub-contractor.• Follow up on material production and their arrival dates to the site.• Check the shop drawings produced by team members before submission to ensure that the design drawings are respected.• Works closely with the project planner to ensure all Submittals are submitted in accordance with the project schedule.• Coordinating the technical problems Between Civil, Plumping, HVAC system, Electric and Architectural Drawings.• Studying the problems and solve the conflicts.• Responsible for Engineering Change Request / Design Variations.• Raising RFIs for missing information and record answers, ensuring that the information received is incorporated on the shop drawings.• Participate in solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.Procurement & Purchasing:1. Accountable for review Documents to establish Procurement requirements. 2. Responsible for Define packages to be subcontracted. 3. Responsible for coordination with suppliers and subcontractors on issues relating to technical submission. 4. Responsible for Liaison with consultant on materials approval. 5. Responsible for Preparation and submission of Materials submittals for approval.
