Crisis Risk Dashboard Project

• Multiple projects and systems used by the UNHCR in the MENA region.• Implementing Scrum/Agile methodology and build team capacity for it.• Liaising with stakeholders among the MENA bureau regarding their requirements and expectations.

Leading the feedback handling mechanisms Project from pre-initiation to its closing. Developing the SOPs, customizing Salesforce and process flow, creating Project documents, managing databases, and reports, in addition to creating the training materials and capacity buildings for the Feedback Handling Mechanisms Project.

My main role was to coordinate the technical work required for the implementation of the E-Healthproject and other projects in the E-Health program which is implemented based on the technicalinstructions of the World Health Organization (WHO). tasks are but not limited to:• Leading the E-Health Data Migration Project which aimed to migrate the data from the Classical EHealthsystem to the FHT Version (Family Health Team Version).• Leading the E-Health Data Quality Project which aimed to build Prevention, Cleansing, and SOPs toguarantee high-quality health data and support the decision making.• Developing training material and conducting training for users of the E-Health applications.• Leading the E-Health system rollout in the five fields of operation (Jordan, Lebanon, Gaza, Syria andWest Bank).• Perform technical support, business and systems analysis activities for the design, implementation,customization, and maintenance of the E-Health system.• Collecting and documenting user requirements and preparation of the E-Health system specificationsand perform development and maintenance tasks on the E-Health system.• Proposals’ preparation for new, or change to the E-Health and preparation of instructions manualsand other documentation for the E-Health system and it's applications;• Implementation of reports required by different reporting levels (Field, Area, HQ, and Donors).

Provide consultations to enhance the performance of web applications and database tuning.

• Working at the Humanitarian unit of the Ministry of Planning and International Affairs – JordanResponse Plan for the Syrian Crises.• Manage the use, maintenance and technical support of databases used in the operation, includingplanning and overseeing data collection, input, and verifications; production of standard and ad hocreports.• Generate statistical reports based on the standard reporting formats and ad-hoc reports, charts andtables as required by the management.• Provide training, as necessary, to UNHCR staff as well as staff-members of implementing partners inrelevant aspects of data management.• Archive and backup database systems; ensure the security of databases; perform databaseadministrator functions.• Development of new applications/Databases needed by the UNHCR Offices and Units in area ofresponsibilities to perform their tasks smoothly and ensure that the clients' databases are up-to-dateby identifying and keeping what is relevant and accurate in an accessible manner and develop formsand tools for data collection and analysis.
