It also allowed me to work across other functions of the business and gain a wealth of practical skills and knowledge outside of marketing.I have proven results, evident in the growth of the business and the successes achieved. Gaining a strong online presence on Google, increased web traffic month on month with a low bounce rate alongside a high conversion of registered buyers and live auction buyers were all as a result of the highly targeted marketing campaigns.As well as attracting and retaining buyers, I also worked closely alongside the sales team to generate leads for new business, running several successful B2B campaigns and even attending sales meetings in person alongside the sales manager to promote the marketing services we would provide.By marketing products on behalf of clients, it meant that I had to be prepared to showcase any number of items from expensive antiques, to rare fine art, down to common household items and modern furniture. This has given me experience in marketing across different types of product and target audiences. In response to feedback, growth and a shift in our target market, I took the business through a rebrand to better reflect our position and appeal in the market, as a result we were able to align with a new segment of the market and be better understood as a product to new customers.To further our credentials, I entered the business into the eCommerce Awards which we went on to win, and also got us featured on BBC's 'The One Show' and other major press for an exclusive auction we hosted online. Responsible for the retention strategy and brand engagement, through planning and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns.

Supporting the team through managing and delivering all marketing production requirements, running data selections, data de-dupes, and ensuring data quality. Email creation and reporting, web amends and creating new web pages using CMS and html.

Managing and delivering external exhibitions, conferences and in-house training courses, processing invoices, calculating expenditure and budget management, booking and liaising with speakers concerning their materials, attending speaker meetings and monitoring performance and briefing and managing speakers, AV and promotional crew.
