Assist Chief Accountant, and maintain an honest and professional relationship with customers. Review customer accounts and release orders at will-call counter and or approve transfers to other store locations. Process and mail invoices on a daily basis; Review & mail statements monthly Post cash receipts, maintain all branches system cashbox, and bank deposits daily. Analyze customer account data and prepare an analysis of customer account if needed. Maintain consistent level of collections on past due accounts over 45 days Post vendor invoices into database by matching received purchase orders

Assisting in the operation and maintenance of entire association department (Education, Membership, and Industry Credit Groups). Acts as liaison between members, off-site meeting coordinators, and caterers Responsible for coordinating events & meetings, scheduling, membership database maintenance, guest relations, preparation/distribution of informational and marketing materials, report and document generation, document control, data entry, oversee projects, and registrations for all functions (meetings/education/events). Reconcile meeting expenses and income; prepare financial reports after group meetings, education seminars and workshops; create month end reports
