I am competent & skilled Techno- Commercial professional in Production of Engineering as well Home appliances products.I have all round expertise in - implementation of New projects & commercial production of Domestic appliances as Water heaters & other engineering products.My executive skills & Competencies are------1.Strategic Planning & control2.Project implementation & commercial production.3.Manufacturing Plant adminstration & statutory compliances.4.Innovative approach to problem solving.for Last 10 years I have been associated with Manufacturing of Glass lined Water heaters with new technology of Enameled coated water heaters.I had been work with Japan's Nihon Spindle - by commissioning the Textile spindle manufacturing plant at Nasik & work as Production Manager to initiate commercial production .In my 25 years of professional tenure , I had been work with - Smith & Nephew HealthCare Ltd as Factory Manager, with Zylog Plastalloys as Plant Manager, with Total logistics , Mumbai as Project Manager , With Brady & Morris Engineering at Ahemdabad as Production Head. & currently working with Starlite Lighting Ltd ( Subsidary of Bajaj Electricals as Deputy General Manager - Domestic Appliances Production.I am actively associated with implementation of Quality systems as ISO/ OHSH/ IMS.Manufacturing excellent systems as 5 S/ TPM.I have rich experience in Product costing/ Capex selection & negotiation & vendor development for engineering domain.
