Oversee the development of overall network architecture plan and design, to ensure synchronization of all network infrastructures to generate desired network quality for voice and data Oversee network architecture design and capacity planning for core network, radio, transport and VAS platform, which includes core network element, for instance, MSC, HLR, SSP, and GPRS components, radio access network, transport (core and access transport, and outside plants) and VAS infrastructure, to ensure alignment with overall network architecture and high quality of network services Oversee vendors in performing network planning, design, implementation, and optimization for core network, radio, transport and VAS service platform, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of service deliveries aligning with project requests and objectives in terms of timeline, cost, and quality Oversee and manage vendors for the maintenance of core, radio and transport network and infrastructure components, including preventive maintenance, 2nd tier and 3rd tier support for incident and problem management to ensure effectiveness of network services quality and continuity Oversee vendors in rollout and expansion of core, radio and transport network infrastructures and equipment, to ensure that the network is implemented as per planned and designed Manage and control overall budget for all network activities to ensure maximum benefit to the company with optimum cost

To oversee end-to-end core network management, encompassing core network planning, design, implementation, operation and capacity management (including core network security) to ensure efficiency, stability, reliability and optimization of core network system and operation- Oversee core network architecture planning, strategy and roadmap development to provide direction and guideline in designing and operating process in alignment with TG strategic plans and policies - Oversee capacity and integrated solution design for core network to ensure standardization of core network planning and design across multiple projects as well as to ensure optimal capacity of core network- Oversee project management and release management for core network related project to ensure effectiveness, completion within timeline and scope of work, synchronization of project delivery and progression, interoperability and compatibility of newly developed platform with current environment , and optimum resource utilization as well as compliance with solution architecture in holistic view- Oversee detailed core network design including security design and implementation, rollout and expansion activities to ensure that equipment is installed properly and accurately as per plan and design as well as to ensure that the equipments will be able to operate efficiently and reliably- Ensure operation readiness regarding integration of core network elements into current operating environment and perform deployment to deliver core network solution in order to efficiently operate in live environment without network or system disruption- Oversee core network operation, and 2nd and 3rd tier support for incident and problem management to deliver the core network services in an effective and efficient manner and resolve the problems - Supervise, monitor and control utilization of CAPEX and OPEX to ensure optimal corporate benefit, as well as alignment with budget plan
