My career highlights include working with world-leading OEM, General Motors of Canada Ltd., as well as serving as Managing Partner and President of Roy Foss Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac in Woodbridge.During my 22 years at General Motors of Canada, I collaborated with the best in the automotive field, holding various roles including District Sales and Service Manager, Distribution Manager, Assistant Zone Manager Sales and Service, and Brand Manager. My journey culminated in senior leadership positions, where I served as Regional Manager of the largest zone in North America and Director. Throughout my tenure, I partnered closely with dealers from coast to coast and was honored with the prestigious President’s Award for elite performance on two occasions.In 2006, I realized a dream by co-owning and managing a GM dealership. Over 15 years, I focused on building a world-class operation and assembling an exceptional team. I pride myself on being an inspirational, results-driven leader with a purposeful vision and unparalleled passion for excellence. I thrive on leading teams through focused missions to innovate, transform, differentiate, and succeed. My belief in an impeccable value system fosters an "electric" and enthusiastic culture within organizations.My contributions to the industry include three terms on the GM Dealer Communication Team (DCT), where I served as both Vice Chairman and Chairman, as well as a term as President of the Toronto GM Marketing Association.Today, I am excited to work alongside business leaders—both emerging and seasoned—helping them navigate the challenges of startup businesses. I leverage my expertise and experiences to facilitate growth, address challenges, and make sound decisions. In addition to my professional endeavors, I have embarked on a personal journey of writing short stories and poems as a passionate pastime.
