We are the 3rd largest chapter of 102 Junior Achievement offices across the U.S.

Managed day-to-day operations of this award-winning advertising and PR firm, with responsibilities including sales, writing, business development, P&L management and oversight of client services team. Led the growth of the agency from a boutique public relations firm to a multi-disciplinary creative agency representing some of Arizona’s and the nation’s most recognized brands.-Managed agency to 7 consecutive years of profitability.-Led sales team to 130 new business wins including Dunkin’ Donuts, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, KJZZ-NPR, Fox Restaurant Concepts, My Sister’s Closet, Scottsdale Medical Imaging, Mountain West Credit Union Association, Cox Communications, Realty Executives International and Make-A-Wish.-Devised business development, messaging, public relations, marketing and advertising strategy and tactics for annual client budgets ranging from zero to $1 million.

Re-built public relations department after the departure of previous team. Won business from Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. and Grand Canyon University, and sold PR services to agency advertising clients including Kahala Corp., US Airways and Arizona Department of Health Services.

Served as the youngest account executive of the 10-person department. Managed and retained approximately $25,000 in monthly revenue from clients including MCO Properties, Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., The Rim Golf Club, Meritage Active Adult Communities, Southern Highlands Golf Club, Brown Family Communities and Loreto Bay Company.

Worked closely with the co-founder of this start-up multi-modal facility in Monterrey, Mexico, whose charter was to provide logistics services and world-class infrastructure for companies that wished to do business safely and easily between Mexico and the United States. Assisted co-founder in writing the first business plan and grant proposals to secure funding from U.S. and Mexican investors. Led the research and analysis of market intelligence on international commerce amongst Asia, Mexico and the United States to support corporate strategy and ongoing decision making.
