I had the joy of youth pastoring at a fast-growing church for 9 years where I was able to develop and sharpen skills. There, I had the opportunity to plan and lead multiple large-group, international mission trips. I transitioned to be the Outreach/Pastoral Care Pastor. I led during the pandemic. While this was a challenging season, we had the opportunity to receive and distribute multiple semi-loads of food for our community and surrounding areas. These years helped me develop leadership, teaching/preaching, project management, and team building skills!
