I have been working as a Network administrator and IT supervisor at a pharmaceutical company for more than 4 years. I am in charge of managing all tasks and issues which are assigned to IT Department. More over, some most important tasks of mine are analyzing issues, develop solutions, Supervising team members to achieve best results. I was in charge of systems and servers maintenance , Using special methods to update exchange database, supporting their websites, Resolving IT issues, user’s problems, Hardware and software issues. It should be mentioned that one of the most important achievements of mine was Implementation of Ticketing System for customers.
