During my short time working here I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge for automation testing. I currently work with Selenium WebDriver with .NET(c#) and use the NUnit framework to run my automated tests. Then I pass my automation tests on to the quality control team to run on an isolated server. My main responsibilities are to create an automation framework that is compatible with the with the processes and software already in place within the software development team. We mostly use Microsoft for all our development , thus why I am creating my automation tests using Selenium WebDriver with C#.I also have worked on several side projects which involved web application security. In order to work on these side projects, I learned about OWASP and the top 10 security threats. My duty is to use a web scanning tool on a weekly basis to make sure our we applications are secure. Along with learning how to build and integrate an automation framework, I am involved in contributing to build an automation architecture and implementing it as part of our development process.The things mentioned above are just a few things I do on a daily basis, and what I dedicate most of my time to.

I was a Software QA Engineer at HM Electronics (HME) for approximately 3 and a half years. HME delivers end-to-end products to their clients and are the leader in the wireless communication restaurant industry, with clients such as McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts & Starbucks. I worked closely with a team of developers and product managers, implementing Agile methodologies in 2 week sprint cycles, using the TargetProcess web application to track our team's progress. I strived to achieve the best quality in my results and pushed my peers to do the same. During my time at HME, I have worked on several critical products that helped our company stay ahead of the competition. Such products were the "ION/EOS" wireless devices for drive-thru communication. The ZOOM product, which tracks vehicle drive-thru traffic for a restaurant, and I helped with the release of the HME Cloud, which allows our clients to access their devices remotely to configure and pull data reports.

I worked hand in hand on a daily basis with third party partners, software developers and project managers to help move the company forward as the Automotive Industries top CRM company. The Engineer department used agile methodologies and 3 week sprint cycles, to deploy enhancements and bug fixes to the CRM system. Over the year I worked there, the Quality Assurance department made strides in the efficiency of testing the stories and defects per sprint. As a result for every sprint release the code deployed was greater than the previous release, thus making the testing process a very important task to manage clean and successful releases for our customers.

I had to troubleshoot and resolve any data related issues for a CRM Company in the Automotive Field, which grew 58 percent over the time I began working there and became the top Automotive CRM Company in the Nation. In my department I worked with a team of 8 other individuals who oversaw approximately 2000 car dealership's customer data. We managed hundreds of thousands of customer's data through SQL databases, making sure all the processes were working to the fullest of capacity and ran scripts to clean up any data that was corrupted.
