As a licensed Architect I’ve been involved in various projects such as Residential, Retail, Office, Hotel, Industrial, Cultural, Recreational and Mixed-Use Buildings and participated in a wide variety of Building Engineering Services from Pre-Design to Post-Construction Stages.I have a solid experience in Coordination between Design and Construction in Design-Build Projects for Large Scale and Mixed-Use Buildings which required close collaboration with various Stakeholders in a Fast-Track and Multi-Disciplinary environment. It has gave me a great knowledge of Building Engineering Disciplines including Architectural Design, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Façade Engineering, Fire Safety, Building Materials, Building Structures, and Building Services (MEP); to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM Models, CAD Drawings, Schedules and Specifications; using Softwares including AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio MAX, V-Ray, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
