As a secretary, my duties are too varied and diverse. The main activities are taking telephone calls, taking direct calls for the director and taking messages. Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments. Maintaining and updating filing, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. Taking care of courier services whether it is an import or an export. Opening and sorting incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail. Ordering office supplies and services. Receiving and answering emails through Lotus notes. Issuing and posting of invoices using SFM Software. Preparing daily reports using computer applications such as spreadsheets and word processing. Personal assistant to the office manager whenever needed.
