Responsible for performing financial accounting and reporting for the Company to meet Group Financial and Statutory accounting requirements.Key responsibilities:1. Management of the Company financial reporting2. Establishing financial control across the Company3. Cashflow and tax management4. Leading, coaching and supporting direct reports and reporting functions to embrace company values and to effectively carry out their roles; and5. Communicate and oversee the implementation of Company strategy and policies to all reporting functions6 .Assist the Financial Controller and Company Secretary with any other duties as required from time to time

Working closely with audit partners to ensure their aims and goals of the division were met,Managing a diverse audit division of approximately 40 staff;Budgeting and planning engagements, including invoicing;Preparation of Statutory financial reports and client packages, consolidations, and cash flows;Preparation of management letters and closing reports and presentation to audit committees and board of directors;Conducting all types of audits in public and private sectors including company's, hospitals, and not for profit entities, superannuation entities and investment trusts;Experience in arts and entertainment, health,manufacturing, retail, transport and superannuation;

Reporting to the Partners & Managers and employed as an undergraduate accountant, I assisted the audit team. My responsibilities included completing interim and final audits, and preparing files for the review by my Manager.
