Growing and Developing the Finance Department with the growth of the Company as a start-up in 2017. As the first Controller for the company being responsible for developing and implementing the policies, procedures ensuring that proper corporate governance is maintained. Also ensuring maximum automation of the processes using Quick Books online software application, and developing the finance group from a one-person (stand-alone) division to a three people division, developing a 3-5 year strategy for the growth and expansion of the division. The Finance Division manages the monthly invoicing, rebate collections of a national network of approximately 58 (current) locations throughout Canada. For the national network, managing the centralized insurance collections and distribution, centralized vendor management. In addition to the finance division, responsible for administration and back-office operations and Legal Franchise Contracts for new locations. Attending the weekly senior leadership meetings with the owners/directors providing weekly reports and reviewing performance, cash flow, and other KPI's and maintaining the annual budget and variance analysis monthly. I am also part of the annual strategy sessions for the next 3-5 years with the owners/directors based on which the annual budget is developed by me.

Managing business advisory services for clients in following services:- Bank financing- expansion and growth of business- Overseas growth and business establishment- Transfer pricing policy guidance and annual reviews- Liquidity and cash flow management and strategy

Managing projects for client expansion/financing and restructuring.

Evaluation, measurement, management & reporting of liquidity risk.

Managing back office operations for the derivatives operations of overseas branches, including settlements, monthly reporting (both internal and regulatory), and maintaining the Books for the derivatives operations.

Responsible for managing the assurance engagement projects for clients.
