My business analytics background in the financial industry and my interest in understanding new businesses has allowed me to work extensively with agile software development teams in the banking and financial industry. As a product owner I have delivered innovative digital banking products with the help of software experts. To achieve these results, I have applied both my hard and soft skills, including analyzing the existing and required state, stakeholder analysis, requirements elicitation, market research, creating simple prototypes to support preparation of solid comprehensive documents, as well as communicating closely with all the stakeholders. I have also taken advantage of various techniques, such as interviewing, brain storming, focus groups, BPMN, UML diagrams, flow diagrams and data modeling, user stories and backlog management to accomplish my work.For now I am the product owner of our team managing the whole process, from identifying the requirements to delivering the final product.
