Developed a predictive model to estimate the air pollution concentration in a spatio-temporal domain using collected data from stationary sensors. Constructed a Deep Learning framework in PyTorch to train and evaluate PINNs. Applied a time-marching sequence-to-sequence learning method to address the error propagation issue, which reduces the error by two orders of magnitude.
