- Performs Maintenance, Repair, Launch, and Recovery activities on Partner and Foreign Military Sales F-35 aircraft.- Ensures aircraft are in good mechanical condition and safe for flight.- Performs maintenance, inspections, and servicing requirements on all aircraft systems in accordance with Joint Technical Data (JTD) and all applicable program and service guidance.- Performs and/or assists with Field-Level Modifications and Time Compliance Technical Data (TCTD) maintenance actions.- Assigns tasks to other maintenance team members. Performs On-The-Job training for team members and Partner aircraft maintenance personnel.- Maintains and updates aircraft records and status within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) of the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).- Keeps the Production staff updated on aircraft status.

Removes, installs, modifies, overhauls, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, aligns, calibrates, and rebuilds multi-system avionics complexes consisting of multiple completely integrated electronic avionics systems where the complex accomplishes a number of major functions. Performs pretest, operational (functional), or final testing of electronic systems, components, or subassemblies. Advises engineering personnel on the operation and maintenance effects of proposed Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) and/or modifications on new or existing equipment. Utilizes safety practices and tool control procedures following established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work area. Documents/recommends methods to improve equipment performance, technical data, and maintenance procedures by reporting hardware and software malfunctions, initiates material deficiency reports both on equipment and in technical data, and assists in design changes as necessary. Prepares/executes effective training plans to maximize training. Complies with security procedures, regulations and policies.
