Managing and developing Comprehensive Transportation Plans (CTP):- Responsible for the development of CTPs, involving municipalities, counties, MPO and RPOs, community stakeholders, and the public. Consensus building, relationship building and trust building. The counties for which I have been personally accountable include Moore County, Chatham County, Pitt County, Robeson County, Carteret County and Harnett County. Evaluating big data, traffic trends and data projections utilizing Travel Demand Models in TransCAD, ArcGIS Pro, and the Microsoft Office Suite.Engineer coordinator for Jacksonville MPO:-Administer the provision of state and federal funds provided to local governments. Thoroughly and accurately processing quarterly invoices, reviewing and scoring RFPs in a timely manner, reviewing UPWPs to a high level of detail. Advising the TAC and TCC, and their elected officials, guiding and assisting the MPO in updating their MTP, and building relationships and trust with elected officials and members of the public involved in these processes.Engineer coordinator for Albemarle RPO:- Main responsibilities are similar to those described above, as well as collaborating with, and providing guidance to consulting firms and the RPO to develop their regional Travel Demand Model. Leading and collaborating with the CTP 2.0 documentation committee:-Developing a new standard for documentation of CTPs across the entire department. As a part of this effort, I solely developed the first iteration of the new documentation standard, utilizing my skills in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design, which became the foundation for the final adopted CTP2.0 standard. Developing processes and procedures that clearly communicate how to execute a CTP 2.0 document. The result of this effort facilitates clear, legible, and accessible communication of our studies to the people and various communities of the State of North Carolina.

My responsibilities in this role were similar to my role as a Transportation Engineer II (described above), with the exception of the geographic area of focus. These locations and organizations included the Greenville Metropolitan Planning Organization (GUAMPO) and the Mid-East Rural Planning Organization (MERPO).
