Worked as a Change Maker under their flagship programme Tara Akshar+. Along with the team of Change makers raised funds of 10+ lacs through crowd funding campaigns that will help in the upliftment and progession of 100+ women in the rural areas of North India.

Prayas Juvenile Aid Centre (JAC) Society is a national level humanitarian, gender sensitive and child focused development organization.- Researched about the structure, aims, objectives, vision, and policies of the organization.- Prepared case studies of children in the age group of 4-9 years and taught a class of 20 students in the NGO to develop soft skills and English speaking skills.- Visited their other centers across Delhi and developed an organizational profile including the recruitment procedure, communication network, organizational set up and other management practices in the organization

Enactus is an international non-profit organization that nurtures managerial skills of students.- Helped cleanliness workers of JMI by empowering them with the help of pompom.in and encouraging them to use the 3Rs’ of waste management.- Empowered community women to produce mattresses by recycling discarded milk packets from JMI hostels according to the proposed business plan.- Assisted in advertisement of ‘Kerala Can’ in different college fests and events. Kerala Can is a beverage made by Kudumbashree SHG.

As part of course curriculum, was placed in the area of Jasola Village for a year.- Conducted survey of 50 families from the village to gain an insight into the real-life situations in which educational intervention/assistance may be required to bring social change.- Made a detailed tabulation and evaluated the felt/unfelt needs of the communities and conducted independent interventions for the social development.- Successfully organized two intervention programmes to provide knowledge and educational assistance on ‘Immunization’ and ‘Cleanliness’ in the community.

Breakthrough works to make violence and discrimination against women and girls unacceptable.- Attended workshop on campaign designing and design thinking.- Conducted survey in Sangam Vihar area to collect narratives, experiences and condition of safety of women in the area.- Successfully designed the campaign on "eve teasing".- The campaign was designed and implemented keeping in mind the stories, narratives, encounters of women as well as young girls conveyed in the visit. Various AV aids were used in the campaign namely comic strips, Digi story, banner and street play
