• Tenant representation of major international luxury groups and brandsExclusive instructions for tracking, negotiating and securing prime retail locations (mainly in Paris, Cannes and Monaco)Establishment of flagship stores for : - leading brands in fashion (Armani, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Tod’s, Zegna…), jewelry (Bulgari, Dior, Damiani…), and fine watch making (Hublot, Panerai…)- brands entering the French market (Acne, Brooks Brothers, Dsquared, Karl Lagerfeld, Costume National, Elie Saab…)Development and optimization of existing retail network (expansion, relocation, lease renegotiation and marketing) • Advice to institutional and private landlords Assistance in creating maximum asset value: - Advising on major commercial refitting projects (from positioning of the property on the market place and rent valuation, to identification of suitable prospects and retail leasing)Actively contributed to securing exclusive and co-exclusive mandates from institutional landlords (Hammerson, SFL, The Carlyle Group, Generali, Codic, Goldman Sachs …) on all the major refitting projects dedicated to luxury brands in Paris and Cannes over the past 10 years- Valuation and leasing of retail premises located in the prime retail areas of Paris (Faubourg St Honoré, Place Vendôme, Avenue Montaigne, Saint Germain…) • International Business Development- Establishment of a referral network of local brokers across major European countries (such as the UK, Italy and Spain), in order to assist our clients in further international development. - Consultancy and assistance in the development of a major luxury shopping mall in the UAE (merchandising plan and leasing of retail units)

• Prospection of new clients (luxury retail brands) in major European cities (London, Milan, Rome, Florence, Barcelona and Madrid) and in New York• Support to the Retail Consultants in their Business Development
