• Maintains the database to track status, scheduling, budgeting and costing of Construction & Development projects, as well as Property Management projects.
• Provides Accounting and Finance with various spreadsheets detailing the financial status of all projects
• Attends and participates in the monthly status meetings with both project managers and separately with Senior Management and Finance
• Creates Authority For Expenditure’s and assists in the submission process for both Construction & Development projects as well as Property Management.
• Assists in the management of the Visa process for all Visa card holders within the Operations & Development team
• Process and track invoices for Property Management and C&D

Maintains and coordinates the FOCUS Inventory System; liaises between the Construction and Development department, outside contractors, government agencies and Arbor management and staff. Also, responsible for tracking department absence and vacation schedule. Reports Inventory changes, monthly, to Accounting/Finance. Update Designs and Maps to branches.

 Provided balance sheet analysis for Treasury Canada Implemented a new management system for the IBM Canada Balance Sheet Provided the month end reports for the management  Processed accurately the account mapping for all the accounts from FIW to APEX Pulled the DSO reports and provided the analysis for management team Cash Flow spread sheet.
