After over a year of working there I was given the opportunity for a rotation, and I started working on technical support. I worked for two years as one of the assistants of the IT team, giving support to the internal client on their daily tasks. Some of the main job duties were: hardware installation and maintenance; solving network, email and telephony problems; servers maintenance; operating system configuration (Linux, Windows, MacOS); Proxy administration; development and implementation of virtual machines.
