After several years in customer service positions, I am eager to transition into a traditional full time business position. I have learned so much in the last three and a half years as a bartender and server , such as being adaptable, managing my time and priorities in high stress situations, and catering to clients' needs. I also will utilize knowledge from my time at Pace University where I earned a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Psychology. There, I got hands-on experience as the Human Resources Intern for the Office of Residential Life and Housing as we redesigned the Resident Assistant application process and interviewed candidates for Residence Director. These are all experiences I hope to use in my next position. I am looking forward to taking on new challenges and making a lasting positive impact on the next organization I join and grow with.
