I have a section of the stadium and supervise beer carts, concession stand, and popcorn stations. I arrive to the stadium hours before the game starts to set up and prepare everything before the gates open and stay after to fill out proper paperwork to turn in to the concessions office on how sales went that game.

Cintas Center

I set up, tear down and work basketball games for Xavier University at the Cintas Center. I do a little bit of everything, but mostly I work in the kitchen during game days as the expo. I am sending out food to customers and concession stands. Off season I pick up random catering shifts for events that the Chef needs help for.
