Serving as Swiss Chalet has certainly taught me many things. I have become a more compassionate, patient person, while also learning how to interact with different types of people all at the same time. It would be impossible for me to have served for this long and not interacted with all different sorts of individuals, being attentive to all of their differing needs. Serving has also taught me how to handle pressure and adapt to the problems at hand, while maintaining a positive demeanour throughout.

Being part of the management team at Swiss Chalet has developed my patience, quick thinking skills, as well as my ability to work under pressure. I have assisted in the hiring process, disciplinary actions, guest concerns, as well as day to day operations.

Starting as a line attendant/cashier, I've worked my way up to a supervisor position. While supervising, both the guests and the employees' well being are my responsibility. This position has aided in my organizational and leadership skills.
