My passion is the intersection of Christian theology & mental health. I seek to bring a sense of congruence between one's theological beliefs & experiences through individual counseling, psychoeducation, and writing. Clinically, my approach includes an eclectic combination of Polyvagal Theory, Narrative, ACT, IFS, and Attached-Based interventions. Personally, my days are filled with learning more about the beauty and brokenness of the world, enjoying the Colorado nature, and working towards my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.
