Responsible for strategically creating and enforcing of all HR policies and programs that help Fiorella achieve it's business goals. I hold responsibilities that include establishing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees and overseeing all supervisory employees and departments. Additionally, I review HR practices and their proper implementation by company management to ensure legality and consistency while looking for opportunities to increase productivity while containing costs.

Operated as a liaison between Human Resources and 15 independent departments within RGCI. Spearheaded alignment of business strategy to both support the needs of the corporation and support the cultural needs of the workers in order to encourage employee sustainability throughout their life cycle.Additionally I was the vanguard for all Title VII compliance: leading EEO Investigations and trainings. Further, was RGCIs liaison to our labor lawyers as well as the EEOC.Moreover I would regularly facilitate meetings from 3 to 230 employees ranging from conflict resolution to corporate planning

Elected along with 6 other workers to manage oversight of a $54m annual budget.Oversaw RGCI's activities and performance representing the interests of the corporation. My duties included: strategic planning, assessing the company's direction and strategy and thus making operational decisions. Declaring dividends, setting company wide compensation plans, ensuring the company meets its statutory obligations, adopting policies to address conflicts of interest and shaping the organization's culture and vision
